Prices: All prices are stated in DKK or in some case Euro exclusive vat, customs paid into the EU, but exclusive of special and/or environmental taxes.
Delivery: EXW Denmark or as stated in quote, according to Incoterms2000.
Exchange rate: In the cause that the exchange rate changes by more than 5% we reserve the right to change our pricing accordingly without notice.
Guarantee: 1 year from delivery. Spare parts sent in for exchange, will be exchanged free of charge given guarantee is accepted. On sending in spare parts the item no. claimed, the machine no. and type, date of delivery, statement explaining the reason for the claim. Machines forwarded for repair will be repaired and defective parts exchanged free of charge. Cost for shipping will be invoic ed. In the event we have to repair on site the charges for travelling will be invoiced. In no case will Sal-Tech Easy Packaging be held responsible for damages, loss in production and in revenue or alike, in regards to all or any economical loss.
Returning of the equipment: Machines and materials are sold without the right to return these. In the event of returning the purchased products, only 90% will be made credit, unless other has been agreed and has been stated on the invoice or in other way in writing.
Trial order and testing: Trial order delivery can be made for testing of the function, according to decided criteria. In the event the criteria are not met the customer can return the goods at their charge within the period up to the date of payment due. If the date of payment is passed then the right to return the goods is dismissed. All cost for freight to and back, testing materials, installation, repackaging and a like are to be paid by the customer. In the case the product is put in to production, the right to return the goods is dismissed.
Payment: Net 8 days from date of invoice. Payment must be made within the due date, else interest will be added at the rate of 2% per month started.
Mounting & Installation: The mounting and installation is exclusive, unless other is stated/agreed, due to the fact that the equipment is factory tested form our suppliers. In the event Sal-Tech Easy Packaging shall perform the mounting and the installation of the equipment our normal rate for service work will be charged.
Telephone service: In the event that we have to perform telephone service, our normal rate for service work will be charged.
Hour rate: As of 1st of January 2010 the hour rate for service work is set at 90 Euro/hour for hours between 8.00 and 17.00. Minimum charge is 1 hour and thereafter by each ½ hour started. Maximum 7.5 hours per day, else overtime rate.
Travel: Unless other is agreed driving will be charged, set at 5.25 DKK/km (0.75 Euro/km) per 1st Of January 2010 and minimum 50 kilometers. Cost in connection with brigdes, ferry, hotel, living cost according to documentation plus 10% administration and credit fee.
